Evan Heasley of Keystone State was exactly what I needed to replace the non-functional toilet. Evan took the time to carefully pick out a great Kohler toilet while keeping me informed. He also faced replacing a subfloor and support system including a new flange & piping accessories to tie into the old cast iron sewer line. Called Keystone after being referred to do so, Evan was there within 12 hours of us calling, and made every attempt to snake our septic line. Snaking the system did not work, so therefore he ended up coming out on his day off from his full time job and dug up the line to find it had collapsed, and the further he dug the worse it got. He took photos and video of the entire process because we were out of town for the weekend. He kept us up to date with everything that he found and told the story for us while we were away. He was very respectful to our property, and our home, removed his boots each time he had to come in to make flush and check the line. Took extra steps to help keep this from being a major issue in the future with a new clean out outside the house and all new lines from the house to the septic. Evan is a one man show, worked tirelessly to get us back up and running. Highly recommended!!!

I was fortunate enough to have been referred to Keystone State Plumbing via an encounter of my wife, while she was recieving Physical Therapy. She overheard the adjacent patient discussing a contractor he uses. This positive recommendation led to my hiring Evan from Keystone. As a retired engineer, I have high expectations which Evan exceeded. He said he would be at my house between 8 and 8:30 and he arrived at 8:05. As Evan set out to fix the leaks, he worked to determine why the flanges were defective. His approach to finding the root cause enabled him to completely renew my drains rather than just patch them. I highly recommend Evan for any of your plumbing needs. I have found my go-to plumber. Return Customer- Recently had to open up a section of my finished basement ceiling due to very slow leak. Evan (Keystone) responded to my call within a few minutes. Of course he helped fix my sink drains around 6 months ago. My new issue was even more complex requiring overhead access. Within a few days (weekend), Evan arrived at 8:30 am, again as promised. Keystone did a fantastic job on very short notice. Evan is a young entrepreneur with great skill and work ethic. We had a verticle cast iron sewer pipe that had broken in the crawl space. Evan responded within a day of my initial email and came by to fix the problem. However, he discovered the pipe was also leaking from above in the stack. The next day, I opened the wall on the 1st floor, discovered a huge vertical crack in the pipe. I sent photos to Evan to see what he would be up against. He texted me that night to tell me he would be back in the morning to check it out. Not only did he survey the situation, he immediately went to work in replacing the broken sewer pipe. Evan did an excellent job, on short notice, in very unfavorable conditions. I would recommend Keystone State to anyone needing general plumbing services or have an absolute emergency. Great job Evan! I was experiencing terrible waterpipe hammering following a watermain break in the neighborhood. I contacted Evan, and he responded quickly. My water pressure was checking at 120 psi. Evan installed a new water pressure regulator valve, adjusted the pressure, and the problem was solved instantly.
