Who we are looking for

- A valid driver license and a clean driving record
- Reliable, on time, and straight with customers
- Willing to learn and take direction on a job site
- Able to lift, dig and work in tight spaces
- Respect for a customer's home and a clean finish
- Experience is a plus, work ethic matters more
